Participant agreement
Review the agreement before your trip.
This is an important legal document. The supplied Participant Services Agreement includes an assumption of risk, release of ordinary-negligence claims, covenant not to sue, indemnification obligations, and medical authorization.
Submitting the Trip Request form does not sign this agreement. Mazour Outfitting Co. will provide the required signing process separately before participation.
Every participant must sign the Participant Services Agreement before the trip begins. A participant who declines to sign may not take part, and the deposit is forfeited.
